These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SANCHO online store (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from this store, you agree to these Terms.

Products and fulfillment

SANCHO sells made-to-order apparel and accessories. Items are produced after purchase. Colors, placement, and measurements can vary slightly from product photos. Production and shipping times are estimates described in our Shipping Policy.

Orders and pricing

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or fulfillment constraints. Prices are shown at checkout in the store currency and may change without notice for future orders.

Returns

Please review our Refund Policy. Because products are print-on-demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size; we address confirmed defects, misprints, and damage as described in that policy.

Intellectual property

SANCHO names, marks, graphics, and product designs are owned by SANCHO or its licensors. You may not copy or commercially reuse store content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SANCHO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
